Jill is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. She is a skilled litigator and accomplished brief writer focusing on real estate, contract disputes, and business torts. Prior to joining the firm, Jill served as Counsel to an AMLAW 100 firm working across the commercial litigation, real estate, land use, and governmental relations, practice groups representing property owners, developers, and cooperative/condominium boards from pre-suit consultation through appeal.
Jill left high school after her junior year to earn a B.A. in comparative literature from Simon’s Rock College of Bard in 1988. She earned her M.A. from Columbia University Teacher’s College in 1992 before earning her J.D. in 1997 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was a member of the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal and was competitively selected to participate in the Criminal Appeals Clinic.
