Election of Joseph Goldsmith Strengthens Loft Building Owners’ Advocacy Group
Joseph Goldsmith, Esq., a partner with Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of CIRCL Ltd. and joins Jason Frosch, a partner with Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, in this capacity. Founded in 2017, CIRCL Ltd. is a 501(c)(6) organization that stands for the Community for Improvement of Residential Conversion of Lofts. CIRCL’s purpose is to provide a voice to members of the public affected by the Loft Law and advocate for improvements to the Loft Law and Loft Board’s regulations.
