KMWB Prevails After Filing Order to Show Cause for Civil Contempt

Judgment debtor violated Turnover Order to convey shares certificate and proprietary lease for two co-op apartments to judgment creditor under Federal Rule 69(a) judgment execution. William Hummell, Esq. of KMWB, filed an order to show cause
pursuant to SDNY Local Rule 83.6, for an Order of civil contempt. On December 7, 2021, prior to the continued order to show cause hearing, the judgment debtor relented and complied with the Turnover Order.
