Ray Madraymootoo joined Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP as a Senior Associate in 2023. As part of his practice, Mr. Madraymootoo counsels Owners, Developers, Real Estate Investors, and Landlords in all aspects of New York City regulations concerning Real Estate, including performing due diligence review of all regulatory matters.

Mr. Madraymootoo started his career in Landlord/Tenant Litigation representing both Landlords and Tenants throughout Westchester County, New York. Mr. Madraymootoo has also practiced throughout New York State representing clients in various Commercial Litigation matters. Mr. Madraymootoo later transitioned to Residential Transactions assisting Sellers, Purchasers and Lenders from Suffolk County to upstate New York.

Mr. Madraymootoo earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he double minored in English and Economics. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.
