Law360 Highlights This Month’s KMWB Team Expansion

This month, KMWB expanded its team, bringing on three new Partners specializing in commercial real estate, as well as new associates and of counsel team members, as discussed in Law360. To accommodate the growing team, the office was expanded by 4,500 square feet, as well.

The new Partners, who include Edmond O’Brien, James E. Schwartz and Joelle B. Taub, all have experience representing landlords in real estate- or tenant-related disputes. They join an established team of legal experts with years of experience in real estate law. Ultimately, they say what encouraged them to join the KMWB team was the people.

“Every single person that we met, we really, really liked, and we did our research on them,” O’Brien said. “They do good work. They’ve got a great platform here.”

Partner Jim Marino shared the importance of growing the KMWB team in a statement, saying “this expansion underscores our dedication to delivering the highest quality legal services across both existing and even more diverse ranges of practice areas by a team that collectively possesses over a hundred years of expertise with a definitive record of success.”
