Andrew Goodman is Of Counsel to Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. His practice
focuses on complex civil and landlord-tenant litigation.

Prior to entering private practice, Andrew was the chief litigation attorney for a civil legal
services provider in Manhattan, focused on housing and consumer litigation. In that role, he was responsible for handling the organization’s most complex cases, including those presenting novel issues of constitutional and statutory law, and those requiring in-depth investigations into matters such as rent regulation fraud. An experienced litigator, he was also charged with training and supervising staff attorneys at all stages of a case, from initial pleadings, to investigation, to trials and appeals.

Before joining Kucker Marino, Andrew worked for a leading regional law firm handling a wide
variety of cases, including serving as labor and employment litigation counsel to one of the
largest school districts in New York and a major public teaching hospital. Andrew also
previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Monroe County Public Defender’s
Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal cases from arraignment to disposition.

Andrew received a B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and
graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
