Andrew is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP and a senior attorney who is a gifted legal writer and accomplished orator. He has extensive experience litigating in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the Civil Court in disputes concerning commercial and residential real estate. He has also successfully prosecuted numerous holdover and nonpayment proceedings in Civil Court, as well as contract disputes and ejectment actions in Supreme Court of the State of New York.
