Andrew is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. He is an experienced litigator and legal writer with a focus in commercial and real estate litigation, Loft Law and rent regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a litigation associate working on landlord tenant matters
with a particular emphasis in Loft Law. Andrew has appeared before the New York State Appellate Division and Appellate Term, the New York State Supreme Court and the New York
City Civil Court. Andrew also has extensive experience appearing before the New York City Loft Board and the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings.
Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy from
the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He then earned his law degree from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, where he was a member of the Wilem C.
Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and a Dean’s Scholar in Federal Civil Procedure.
Andrew has been honored to be named a NY Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star for the years
2021, 2022 and 2023.
