He represents property owners, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors in a wide range of disputes and real estate transactions, bringing both strategic insight and practical solutions to his clients.

Mr. Katzap has extensive experience handling complex landlord‑tenant litigation, including rent-regulated matters, holdover and non-payment proceedings, eviction actions, and Article 78 challenges. He also advises clients on commercial and residential lease negotiations, lease drafting, and enforcement matters, helping clients navigate regulatory frameworks and prevent disputes before they arise.

In addition to his litigation practice, Ari counsels clients on real estate transactions and contract matters, including commercial and residential lease agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and investment property acquisitions. His combined litigation and transactional expertise allows him to approach each matter with a full understanding of both legal risk and business objectives, providing clients with comprehensive and practical guidance.

Before joining KMWB, Ari served as Counsel at Rivkin Radler LLP, where he handled a broad spectrum of real estate matters throughout New York and New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
