Brian A. Campbell joined Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP as an Associate in 2023.  He brings years of litigation experience, focused on commercial and residential real estate matters and landlord-tenant disputes throughout the five boroughs. Mr. Campbell has a history of handling complex real estate and contractual matters in the Civil, Supreme, and Appellate Courts of the State of New York, including commercial litigation for a major hotel chain’s foreclosure division.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY at Fredonia and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. 

In his free time, his family volunteers with Last Chance Animal Rescue, a not-for-profit organization focused on rehoming and fostering rescue animals throughout Long Island.
