Christopher is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. He is an able litigator and skilled legal writer, who, before joining the firm, represented property and small business owners in commercial litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, bankruptcies, and appeals. Christopher has successfully defended a prevailing wage class action for a Bronx-based security company, been counsel on public utilities regulation matters, and has special experience representing private mortgage lenders in transactions and foreclosures.

A Delaware native, Christopher graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001, with a B.A. in English, and earned his J.D. as an evening student at the Delaware Law School (then Widener University School of Law), in 2010, where he was a member of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic.
