Danielle currently works in the firm’s Real Estate Administrative Law practice group.

Danielle concentrates her practice in residential and commercial real estate, including commercial real estate disputes and legal matters surrounding New York City rent regulated properties. She represents clients in proceedings before numerous State and City agencies, including but not limited to, the New York State Office of Rent Administration, the New York City Environmental Control Board, the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings, the Department of Buildings, and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal.

Before joining Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, Danielle served as legal intern to the Hon. Sylvia G. Ash of the Supreme Court of New York, Kings County, Commercial Division. She also interned with the law departments of two New York State agencies, where she drafted and negotiated state vendor contracts, contributed to New York State’s “Raise the Age” legislation, and evaluated documents to be provided in response to Freedom of Information Law requests.

In addition to her current work in the firm’s administrative law department, Danielle actively participates in numerous professional organizations. She is an active member of the New York City Bar Association; volunteer with the Monday Night Law program; and serves on the National Moot Court Competition Committee. She is also a member of the Reports, Surveys and Publications Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Women in Law Section.
