David is a Partner at Kucker, Marino, Winiarsky, & Bittens, LLP, since 2023, focusing in the field of landlord-tenant litigation, regularly appearing in Civil Court and Housing Court for non-payment and holdover proceedings. His experience also includes extensive motion practice, and legal research for housing court, Supreme Court and commercial proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked at a boutique law firm and has been practicing in Housing and Supreme Court, and handling Landlord-Tenant and Real Estate matters including: litigation pertaining to rent-regulated tenancies; nonpayment and holdover proceedings (commercial and residential); representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations; real property disputes, and contract disputes since 2006.

He graduated from Queens College, part of the City University of New York, as a Queens College Scholar, with a B.A. in English and Political Science, and graduated from Fordham Law School in 2004.
