David W. Tyler is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, where his practice focuses on commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and business matters. He represents property owners, businesses, and other stakeholders in disputes involving commercial relationships, contractual obligations, real estate interests, and other business-related claims in state and federal courts.

David brings extensive experience handling complex litigation across a range of industries and matters. His practice has included class action litigation, product liability, consumer fraud, mass tort, and other multifaceted commercial disputes. He has also represented clients in connection with governmental and internal investigations, providing strategic counsel on matters involving regulatory exposure, compliance, and risk management.

Drawing on prior in-house and general counsel experience, David approaches disputes with an understanding of both the legal and business considerations that shape a client’s strategy. He works closely with clients to evaluate risk, develop practical litigation strategies, and pursue resolutions that protect their broader business and operational interests.

David has also lectured and published on litigation strategy, the effective use of expert witnesses, and qui tam litigation, including matters arising under state and federal False Claims Acts.

David earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Queens College, City University of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
