Efrem Z. Fischer is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. He specializes in commercial landlord-tenant litigation and complex commercial litigation. His expertise spans various areas, including contract law, debtor/creditor rights, business torts, and construction law.

Efrem previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York and worked at several law firms in New York.
