Efrem Z. Fischer is Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. He specializes in commercial landlord-tenant litigation and complex commercial litigation. His expertise spans various areas, including contract law, debtor/creditor rights, business torts, and construction law.
Efrem previously served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York and worked at several law firms in New York. During this time, he honed his skills in real estate litigation, representing commercial real estate developers and landlords, resulting in complex settlements and favorable court decisions for his clients.
