Eric is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. He is an experienced commercial litigator, with focus in real estate, condominium/cooperative, and lien law.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric was a commercial litigation associate in the New York office of a prominent international law firm, where he worked primarily on representing stakeholders in real estate disputes and counseling boards of condominiums and cooperatives throughout New York City. In his practice, it is always of utmost importance to work closely with clients to first determine the objectives they wish to achieve so that the most efficient and innovative strategy can be developed and implemented. Through his decade of experience, he has accumulated the skills to not only be a zealous and informed advocate for his clients in the trial and appellate courts, but also a knowledgeable counselor for clients as they draft and enter into all types of real estate and commercial agreements.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree in English and Political Science from Boston College. He then earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a staff writer and managing editor of Symposium on Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.

Eric has been honored to be named as a NY Metro Super Lawyers Rising Star for four years in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
