Evelyn Flores is a Senior Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. She concentrates her practice in commercial real estate litigation, license agreements, and construction matters.

Ms. Flores’ experience includes complex residential and commercial foreclosure litigation and residential landlord-tenant litigation. She has argued cases before the Appellate Division, Second Department, New York State Supreme and New York City Civil Courts. In 2019, she wrote the article “90-Day Pre-Foreclosure Notice: The Mega Defense to Destroy a Residential Foreclosure Action,” which was published by the New York Law Journal in the December 2019 Special Litigation Section. She was also nominated New York Metro Rising Star in 2022 and 2023.
