Evelyn P. Flores is a Senior Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens LLP, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate litigation, construction-related disputes, and complex real estate matters throughout New York. She represents property owners, landlords, developers, and real estate stakeholders in a broad range of litigation matters involving commercial and residential assets.
Evelyn’s experience includes residential and commercial foreclosure litigation, commercial landlord-tenant litigation, construction-related disputes, real estate brokerage disputes and matters involving license agreements and real estate contract disputes. She has argued cases before the Appellate Division, Second Department, as well as the New York State Supreme Courts and New York City Civil Courts, she handles all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution.
In addition to her litigation practice, Evelyn has written on developments impacting New York real estate litigation and foreclosure law. Most notably, her article, “90-Day Pre-Foreclosure Notice: The Mega Defense to Destroy a Residential Foreclosure Action,” was published in the New York Law Journal’s December 2019 Special Litigation Section.
Evelyn is fluent in Spanish and regularly works with a diverse range of clients navigating complex real estate and litigation matters throughout New York.
