Ezra Mann is an Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens LLP, where he represents and advises commercial and residential landlords in a wide range of landlord-tenant and real estate matters. His practice focuses on proceedings before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), with an emphasis on rent regulation, including rent overcharge and service complaints, and luxury deregulation.
