Ilan I. Khutorsky is a Senior Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens LLP, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and transactional matters, with particular experience advising clients in the hospitality and nightlife sectors. He represents businesses, property owners, and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes, operational matters, and business transactions throughout New York.

Ilan’s litigation practice includes handling commercial disputes, partnership and ownership conflicts, fraud-based claims, and financial matters in both state and federal courts. In addition to his litigation work, he regularly advises clients on transactional and corporate matters, including business formation, contract negotiation, commercial financing arrangements, and the structuring of hospitality-focused agreements. He also counsels clients on capital-raising efforts, assisting businesses in structuring and negotiating financing transactions, private investment arrangements, and other fundraising initiatives designed to support growth and operations.

Drawing on his hospitality industry experience, Ilan counsels clients on both disputes and day-to-day operational matters, approaching transactions and agreements with a forward-looking perspective that anticipates potential litigation and business risk.

Prior to joining the firm, Ilan practiced at several New York City-based law firms, where he handled a broad range of litigation and commercial matters.

Ilan earned his J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He is admitted to practice in New York, as well as before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
