Jack Malley is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens LLP, where he leads the firm’s Labor & Employment practice. With more than 30 years of experience representing businesses of all sizes from Fortune Global 2000 companies to middle market and closely held organizations, Jack advises clients on complex workplace and business issues with a particular focus on the real estate industry. He brings a strategic, risk-focused approach to helping employers navigate evolving labor laws, manage disputes, and protect their operations.
Jack regularly advises property owners, developers, and financial institutions in matters involving wage and hour compliance, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment claims, and labor relations. Drawing on his deep understanding of the real estate industry, Jack provides practical guidance on issues such as building service employee classifications, prevailing wage requirements, and workforce management challenges unique to property operations.
