John Passidomo is an Associate whose practice focuses on complex real estate litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes and general business litigation. John has a wealth of experience in all stages of the litigation process, including prelitigation strategy, drafting predicate notices and pleadings, conducting discovery, complex motion practice, and regularly appearing in the supreme, civil, and housing courts of New York State and New York City for conferences, hearings, and trials. John keeps his clients’ bottom-line at the forefront and works to reach favorable settlement when possible, but when called upon, John is an aggressive litigator capable of finding creative solutions to the most difficult challenges faced by property owners, operators, and developers in New York City.

Prior to joining the Firm, John handled all phases of complex civil litigation on behalf of a diverse set of clients ranging from national real estate management companies in commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, large real estate developers in RPAPL 881 proceedings, and the leadership of the New York City Department of Correction in a high-profile class-action in federal district court.

John is a graduate of William & Mary Law School, where he was a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law, and of Binghamton University, magna cum laude.
