John A. Passidomo is an Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, whose practice focuses on representing property owners in real estate matters in New York City Civil Courts and State Supreme Courts.  His representative matters include commercial and residential holdover proceedings, nonpayment proceedings, and plenary actions.

Prior to joining the firm, John handled all phases of complex civil litigation on behalf of a diverse set of clients in Federal, State, and Civil Court.

John earned his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he was a Teaching Assistant for Contracts.
