John A. Passidomo is an Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, whose practice focuses on litigating matters relating to real property disputes. John participates in all stages of the litigation process including prelitigation case strategy, drafting predicate notices and pleadings, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and regularly appearing in the state, civil and housing courts of New York State and New York City for conferences, hearings and trials. John is an aggressive litigator with the ability to find innovative and imaginative solutions to the most difficult challenges faced by property owners and operators in New York City.
Prior to joining KMWB, John handled all phases of complex civil litigation on behalf of a diverse set of clients ranging from New York City real estate developers in RPAPL 881 proceedings in New York State Supreme Court to the leadership of a New York City law enforcement agency in a high-profile class-action litigation in Federal District Court.
John is a graduate of William & Mary Law School, where he was a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law, and of Binghamton University, magna cum laude.
