Jonathan (Jon) Rich is Of Counsel to Kucker, Marino, Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP.  Jon primarily represents private equity firms, REITS and other major corporate real estate owners, landlords and developers in all phases of landlord­-tenant and related disputes, and regularly appears before the New York City Civil Court, New York State Supreme Court and Bankruptcy Courts on their behalf.  As part of his practice, Jon also counsels his clients on various legal issues arising from day-to-day building operations and property management.

Alongside real estate, Jon practices general commercial litigation, including business torts, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, labor and employment and other corporate matters.
