Lisa Faham is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, where she leads the firm’s Housing Court Practice and represents some of New York City’s most prominent landlords, property owners, and managing agents in complex landlord-tenant disputes.

Ms. Faham is a seasoned trial attorney who is widely regarded as one of New York’s leading experts in Housing Court practice, particularly in HP proceedings and 7A cases. She has extensive experience handling matters involving court-appointed receivers and proceedings under Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge. Her deep command of Housing Court procedure and strategic approach to litigation allow her to deliver efficient, results-driven representation in even the most challenging disputes.

Ms. Faham’s practice encompasses both commercial and residential housing matters, with particular expertise in resolving disputes within rent-regulated and unregulated properties. She approaches every case with a pragmatic, client-centered mindset.

Prior to joining KMWB, Ms. Faham practiced at several boutique law firms representing landlords and real estate entities before Housing Court and Supreme Court. She also served as an Administrative Law Judge for multiple New York City agencies, acted as in-house counsel for a major NYC corporation, and she served as an intern for the Federal Trade Commission.
