Lisa Faham-Selzer is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. She regularly appears in Civil Court and Housing Court for non-payment and holdover proceedings. Her experience also includes extensive motion practice, and legal research for housing court, Supreme Court and commercial proceedings.

Prior to joining the firm, Lisa Faham-Selzer spent time at several boutique firms practicing in Housing and Supreme Court, and handling Landlord-Tenant and Real Estate matters including: litigation pertaining to rent-regulated tenancies; nonpayment and holdover proceedings (commercial and residential); representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations; actions for trespass, specific performance, real property disputes, and contract disputes.

Ms. Faham-Selzer’s background also includes experience as an Administrative Law Judge with several New York City Agencies, in-house counsel to a large NYC Corporation, and she served as an intern for the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Faham-Selzer received her J.D. from Fordham Law School and her BA from Brooklyn College, Cum Laude, with a dual major in Political Science and Television & Radio.
