Lisa Breier Urban is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, where she advises clients on a wide range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of cooperative and condominium apartments, townhouses, multifamily and mixed‑use buildings, and commercial properties. Her practice also encompasses commercial lending, as well as refinance loan closings and Section 1031 tax‑deferred exchanges.
Lisa offers strategic guidance on condominium and cooperative matters and retail and commercial leasing transactions. With her many years of experience, she brings a practical, negotiation‑driven perspective to her clients’ matters.
