Nicole Sosnowski joined the firm in 2023. Nicole has extensive experience handling a diverse array of matters before the Civil, Supreme and Appellate Courts of the City and State of New York, as well as various administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and New York City Department of Buildings. She has successfully handled residential and commercial holdover and nonpayment proceedings; disputes concerning rent regulatory coverage, including the defense of class actions involving claims of rent overcharges; HP proceedings commenced by tenant groups and by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Nicole also has defended matters involving cooperative and condominium units, including claims of breach of fiduciary duty, breach of the warranty of habitability, negligence, breach of contract, demands for temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.

Nicole is a life-long New Yorker. She received her undergraduate degree from Wagner College, and her law degree from Pace University School of Law. She is admitted to practice before the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, and the Federal Court of the Eastern District of New York.  Nicole is fluent in Polish.
