Nick is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP and has extensive experience in real estate litigation and landlord-tenant litigation as well as representing coop and condo boards.

Nick has actively litigated numerous cases involving landlord-tenant issues including non-primary residence, nuisance, illegal subletting, non-payment proceedings as well as, commercial holdover proceedings and criminal court proceedings related to the ownership and management of real property.

Most recently, Nick tried three separate non-payment proceedings where the tenant in each proceeding claimed a breach of the warranty of habitability and sought a rent abatement. At the conclusion of each of those trials, the court found none of the tenants proved their respective claims of the breach of the warranty of habitability, and were awarded no abatement.

Nick is also a licensed real estate broker and a Part 36 attorney eligible to serve as counsel to Receivers or to act as a Guardian. He is bilingual, speaking fluent Greek. Nick successfully completed the New York City Marathon in 2011.
