Paola Arzeno-Barbano is an Associate Attorney at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, where her practice focuses on administrative real estate law, regulatory compliance, and agency proceedings throughout New York City.

Prior to joining the firm, Paola spent over six years at a law firm focusing on real estate, where she gained significant experience advising on J-51 tax benefits and the Administrative Code of the City of New York. She conducted due diligence for building acquisitions and audits, managed the full process for substantial rehabilitations, and represented clients before city agencies including the DHCR, HPD, DOB, and ECB.

Paola also brings a strong background in regulatory compliance, having counseled clients in complex, highly regulated industries. This work has refined her attention to legal nuance and informed her practical, business-oriented approach to risk management.

She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as Notes & Articles Editor of the Environmental Law Review. She completed her undergraduate studies at Universidad del Sagrado Corazón in Puerto Rico. Paola is admitted to practice law in New York and Texas and is fluent in Spanish.

Outside the office, she enjoys theatre, rock climbing, and spending time in the Catskills.
