Paul Alessandri is a Partner at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. Mr. Alessandri represents property owners, developers, investors, condominium boards, and other real estate stakeholders in New York City Civil Courts and the State Supreme Courts. His representative matters include complex commercial and residential holdover proceedings, nonpayment proceedings, and related plenary actions.
Mr. Alessandri has represented a broad range of national real estate investment companies, property owners, and management companies in high-stakes, multi-faceted real estate transactions and disputes. He also regularly advises and defends property owners in administrative proceedings before the OATH Hearings Division (Environmental Control Board), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB).
