
Rachel is an Associate with the firm, who joined Kucker & Bruh, LLP in 2017, after working at several New York City agencies and a residential real estate firm.
Rachel’s practice areas include residential and commercial real estate, with a specific concentration on administrative law and development of rent-regulated properties. Rachel regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Division of Housing and Community Renewal, Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Environmental Control Board, and the Department of Buildings.
Rachel also handles Article 78 administrative appeals brought before the New York State Supreme Court, and represents property sellers, buyers, and lenders in connection with rent regulatory due diligence and rent regulatory leasing. Rachel also has experience drafting and negotiating contracts for various corporate entities.
