Ray Madraymootoo is a Senior Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens LLP, where he advises property owners, developers and investors on a broad range of real estate and regulatory matters throughout New York. His practice focuses on navigating the complex legal and operational issues impacting residential and commercial real estate assets, including regulatory compliance, due diligence review, landlord-tenant disputes, and transactional matters.

Ray brings experience across multiple areas of real estate law and litigation. He began his legal career handling landlord-tenant matters representing both landlords and tenants throughout Westchester County while also handling commercial litigation matters across New York State. He also has significant experience in residential real estate transactions, representing sellers, purchasers, and lenders in transactions ranging from Suffolk County to upstate New York.

Drawing on his litigation and transactional background, Ray approaches matters with a practical understanding of the legal, business, and operational considerations facing real estate stakeholders. He regularly counsels clients on regulatory risks, dispute resolution strategies, and real estate-related matters impacting property operations and investments.

Ray earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and his B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where he double minored in English and Economics. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia.
