Samara Geller is an Of Counsel at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP.  She is skilled in commercial litigation, real estate related law and litigation and landlord/tenant litigation. Specifically, Samara specializes in all aspects of landlord/tenant litigation, including holdover, nonpayment and HP proceedings. She has also litigated complex real estate and contractual matters in Supreme Court and in the Southern and Eastern District Bankruptcy Courts.

Prior to joining Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP, Samara worked for a few boutique firms practicing in Supreme Court, Housing Court and in Federal Court. Samara earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal.
