Steven N. Gordon is an Associate at Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP. Steven is a
commercial litigator whose practice predominantly focuses on commercial and residential real estate disputes. He handles disputes for owners seeking to develop, improve and maintain real property in New York City.

Before joining the firm, Steven was an Associate at a well-regarded New York City real estate
firm. He also worked at a commercial litigation boutique. Earlier in his career, Steven worked at
an international law firm where he represented insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes.

Throughout his career, Steven has successfully litigated numerous real estate, business, insurance coverage, and employment disputes. He has handled matters before State and Federal courts at the trial and appellate levels in all phases of litigation.

Steven is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Binghamton University. In 2024, Steven was
selected to Super Lawyers, Rising Stars, for the New York Metro area.
