KMWB Represents Seller of $7.7 Million Condo in Historic Manhattan Building

KMWB represented the seller of a luxury condominium in the famous Century condominium building. The Upper West Side building was officially landmarked by the Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1985 and is famous for its art deco architectural style. The 2,200 square-foot residential unit contained six rooms and boasted breathtaking views of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline. Robyn represented the seller throughout the entire $7.7 million transaction.
