KMWB Prevails on Behalf of a Brooklyn Landlord In Striking a Licensee’s Hardship Declaration

Nicholas Yokos, Esq. of KMWB, moved by Order to Show cause and successfully struck a licensee’s hardship declaration in a civil court holdover proceeding with the Court determining that the licensee occupants of the two-family Brooklyn home were not entitled to the protection of CEEFPA, or any stays of the proceeding thereto, by virtue of their filing of a hardship declaration.
