KMWB Wins Order – Defendant to Obtain Google Emails, Deliver to KMWB – Stored Communications Act

William Hummell, Esq. of KMWB, to avoid violating Stored Communications Act, served a Subpoena on Google limited to metadata for defendant’s emails; received requested metadata; subsequently, on April 18, 2019, he won an Order compelling defendant to obtain all of his emails from Google, and turn them over to Mr. Hummell. Google emails were evidence during federal trial.
