KMWB Partner Discusses Historic Housing Court Lawsuit on Cats Roundtable hosted by John Catsimatidis
KMWB Partner Nativ Winiarsky recently appeared as a guest on the Cats Roundtable Radio Show hosted by renowned real estate legend John Catsimatidis.
In this interview, Nativ discussed the current state of New York real estate and the groundbreaking lawsuit filed by KMWB that aims to reform Housing Court and restore it to its foundational principles of providing justice for all involved parties.
During the show, Nativ emphasized the importance of following the statutory obligations and intended purpose of Housing Court. As he stated,
“The statute tells the court how this is supposed to be run. And what we’re asking for is simply that the court follows the statute as intended.”
Nativ also acknowledged that if any budgetary constraints are preventing proper implementation, it should be addressed by the legislature.
The Cats Roundtable with John Catsimatidis can be heard every Sunday at 8 a.m. in New York on 77 WABC Radio. This is a must-listen episode for those interested in learning more about the challenges facing New York real estate and KMWB’s efforts to protect its interests.
