KMWB Defeats Motion to Quash Subpoena Served on Bank

William Hummell, Esq. of KMWB, on December 26, 2018, won an Order defeating defendant’s motion to quash Federal Rule 45 Subpoena on JP Morgan Chase Bank for production of defendant’s bank records and a deposition for business records exception – Federal Rules of Evidence 802 and 803. Bank records show money laundering and illegal kickbacks by individual defendant.
