KMWB Adds 2 Partners in its Expansion of its DHCR and Loft Practice
Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP Announces the Addition of Two Partners
The arrangement will enable the New York City-based real estate law firm to expand its legal capabilities and services offerings to the New York City real estate industry
NEW YORK, NY – April 19, 2021 – Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP (KMWB), a New York City-based full-service real estate law firm, announced today that, effective as of April 20, 2021, Vladimir Favilukis and Joseph Goldsmith, formerly of Kossoff, PLLC have joined KMWB as partners.

The addition of Vlad and Joe comes on the heels of the firm’s recent addition of attorneys Jason Frosch, Lisa Faham-Selzer, Kacey Sou, and Kathleen Kelliher — all formerly of attorneys at Borah Goldstein Altschuler Nahins and Goidel, P.C. — the result of which helped KMWB to create the largest loft law practice group in New York City.

Mr. Goldsmith is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and in the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Mr. Favilukis is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, and has been named a Super Lawyer “Rising Star” from 2015 through 2021.
