Samara is a skilled litigator whose practice focuses on landlord-tenant litigation, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes. She represents property owners and management companies in a broad range of matters, including nonpayment proceedings, holdover proceedings, HP actions, and complex real estate and contractual disputes litigated in New York State Supreme Court and the commercial and residential landlord-tenant parts of the Civil Court of the City of New York.
