KMWB Expands Capabilities with Launch of Labor & Employment Practice and Strengthening of Real Estate Transactions Group
Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP is proud to announce a significant expansion of its service offerings with the addition of two new partners, Jack Malley and Bessie Hadjigeorghi. Jack will establish and lead the firm’s new labor & employment practice, while Bessie joins the transactional practice to further strengthen KMWB’s ability to advise on complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters nationwide. Together, these additions mark a strategic step forward in KMWB’s mission to provide clients with comprehensive counsel throughout the real estate lifecycle.
With more than 30 years of experience across employment, commercial, and real estate litigation, Jack has counseled property owners, management companies, developers, and financial institutions on wage and hour compliance, accommodations, employee discipline, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment defense, and labor relations. His arrival expands KMWB’s services, enabling clients to address labor and employment issues with the same trusted guidance the firm has long provided in real estate law.
Bessie joins KMWB’s transactional practice, bringing extensive experience in acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, leasing, residential due diligence, and 1031 exchanges. Recognized as a New York Super Lawyer and Rising Star in Real Estate, she enhances the firm’s ability to handle the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including residential, multifamily, office, and industrial properties. Her addition ensures KMWB can guide clients through the most complex transactions with sophistication and efficiency.
We’re proud to welcome Jack and Bessie to the KMWB team and look forward to continuing to serve as a trusted resource for New York’s real estate community.
