KMWB Welcomes Olga Someras to Our Team

We are extremely pleased to announce that Olga Someras, Esq., a leading voice and advocate in the New York real estate space, has joined Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP as Of Counsel.

Many of you may likely know Olga from her important and high-profile work as General Counsel to the Rent Stabilization Association (now the New York Apartment Association), where she worked tirelessly on prominent cases and issues that greatly impacted the New York real estate community. As a result of such work, she is widely respected by industry leaders for her work advising property owners and industry stakeholders on complex legal and legislative matters across New York.

Olga is also well known for the various CLE panels and policy roundtables she attended, or her recent commentary on the DHCR amendments and the evolving rent stabilization issues she authored. Needless to say, Olga brings a rare and extensive experience in real estate and housing law, with a particular focus on rent regulation, civil litigation, and regulatory compliance.
