KMWB Welcomes Stacie Bryce Feldman and Lisa Breier Urban to Our Team

We are pleased to announce the addition of two new Partners, Stacie Bryce Feldman and Lisa Breier Urban, to Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP.

Ms. Feldman joins the firm’s Litigation practice, fortifying KMWB’s already sterling and impressive real estate litigation practice. Ms. Feldman focuses on high-stakes litigation including rent regulatory disputes, Article 78 proceedings, J-51 class action litigation, appellate practice before the Appellate Division and Term in both the First and Second Judicial Departments, and commercial lease and contract disputes. She regularly represents property owners, developers, and tenants before New York courts and administrative agencies, including DHCR and OATH. Ms. Feldman brings a business-driven perspective to her practice areas providing her with a realistic problem solving and cost effective approach to strategizing and resolving litigation issues.

Ms. Urban joins the firm’s Real Estate Transactions practice, bringing extensive experience advising clients on residential and commercial real estate matters. Her practice includes the purchase and sale of cooperative and condominium apartments, townhouses, multifamily and mixed‑use buildings, as well as commercial real estate properties. In addition, she advises and works with clients on commercial lending and refinancing transactions and commercial leasing, as well as facilitating Section 1031 tax‑deferred exchanges. Ms. Urban offers strategic guidance on condominium and cooperative matters and retail and commercial leasing transactions, bringing a negotiation-driven approach to real estate transactions, and guides clients through complex matters with clarity and precision.

Together, these additions reinforce KMWB’s commitment to providing comprehensive, strategic counsel across the full real estate lifecycle.
