KMWB Welcomes Paul Alessandri to Our Team

We are pleased to announce that Paul Alessandri has joined Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP as partner.

Paul represents property owners, developers, investors, managers, cooperative and condominium boards in complex commercial and residential real estate matters before the New York State Supreme Court and New York City Civil Court. His practice includes holdover and nonpayment proceedings, related plenary actions, and high-stakes disputes involving real estate owners and management companies.

Paul also regularly advises and defends property owners in administrative proceedings before the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearing (OATH) Hearings Division, the Environmental Control Board, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), and the Department of Buildings (DOB).
